Complementary Therapist & Lymphoedema Practitioner

I’m Sharon, a qualified and insured Complementary Therapist with a particular focus on lymphoedema management and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

At Perfectly Holistic, I provide treatments to help manage lymphoedema and chronic swelling, including FG-MLD (Fill & Flush Lymphatic Drainage) and Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT), including compression advice and Multi-Component Bandaging (MCB).

I also work as a Complementary Therapist at St Columba’s Hospice in Edinburgh, alongside running my private practice at Castlegate Wellness in Berwick upon Tweed.
