I’m Sharon, a qualified and insured Complementary Therapist with a particular focus on lymphoedema management and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
At Perfectly Holistic, I provide treatments to help manage lymphoedema and chronic swelling, including FG-MLD (Fill & Flush Lymphatic Drainage) and Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT), including compression advice and Multi-Component Bandaging (MCB).
I also work as a Complementary Therapist at St Columba’s Hospice in Edinburgh, alongside running my private practice at Castlegate Wellness in Berwick-upon-Tweed.

MLD - Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, specialised treatment to support the natural movement of fluid through the lymphatic system.
Massage
Each massage treatment is personalized to the individual, recognizing the uniqueness and needs of each client.
Reflexology
Reflexology works on the theory that the feet ‘mirror’ the body which means all the systems and organs in the body can be found in ‘reflex’ points on the feet.
Reiki
Reiki is used to improve the flow of energy in the body, so will reduce stress and help the body to heal itself.
Holistic Facials
Refresh, nourish and hydrate your skin with a deeply relaxing treatment to help tone the muscles and improve skin texture.

Sharon is brilliant! I have had a couple of massages after she was recommended. Each massage has left me relaxed and rejuvenated.
